Our ciliegiolo has been selected in the old San Lorenzo vineyard, choosing among its best plants (loose bunches, thick skin, right taste). We believe in the value of this ancient grape: it brings forward, in the young wines, the joy of the fruit seasoned with handfuls of ground white pepper, while with ageing it becomes the perfect companion of more important tables, smooth and spicy, powerful but always elegant.
